Strategies for Effective and Ethical Practice –  A Workshop Presented by Attorney David C. Barry

Partner David C. Barry will be presenting a workshop on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at NASW-NJ’s Convention at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The workshop is titled “Social Work in a Digital Age: Strategies for Effective and Ethical Practice”.

This workshop is based on Mr. Barry’s recent work in helping draft the soon to be adopted changes to NASW’s Code of Ethics. These changes provide much-needed guidance to mental health professionals regarding the ethical and legal challenges presented by the rapidly changing world of digital technology and social media. Social work professionals will find this to be an interactive, fun and practical presentation.
