Have
you or a loved one just received one or more New
Jersey traffic tickets? Not sure whether to fight it
or simply plead guilty and send in a check? Worried
about making a potentially costly mistake, but don’t
know where to turn?
Relax. We’re here to help you get the facts and make
an informed decision. We’ve practiced law in the
Municipal Court throughout New Jersey since the
1980’s. We’ll help you understand what your
rights are in municipal court.
We’ll help you understand what the real cost of
pleading guilty might be. If you’re an out of State
driver, we’ll help you understand that there are
alternatives to simply pleading guilty or having to
return to New Jersey to deal with your ticket. We’ll
help you get accurate information on the
motor vehicle points,
surcharges and possible
license suspension your tickets involve. We’ll
even help you get
directions to the Court! We’ll also help you
understand the steps we take in advising and
representing our clients faced with traffic tickets.
Want a fast, free, no-obligation way to find out
about your New Jersey traffic ticket?
We’ll
be in touch with you – either by phone or e-mail ---
very quickly, usually within 24 hours.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS IN MUNICIPAL COURT
The
cop who gave you your tickets won’t tell you.
The bureaucrat you got on the telephone to find
out where the municipal court is located won’t
tell you. The prosecutor who will try the case
against you won’t tell you. But I will, because
my law practice is dedicated to defending people
in municipal court.

ARE YOU AN OUT
OF STATE DRIVER?
Here’s the scenario: You live in New
York, Pennsylvania, or any State
other than New Jersey. Whether it is
on business or pleasure, fate has
you driving down the Garden State
Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike or
one of our other highways or byways.
In any event, you are just “passing
through.” All of a sudden, your rear
view mirror is filled with the
flashing lights of a police car.
You’re pulled over, and you’ve
received one or more tickets. What’s
worse, one of the tickets has the
“mandatory court appearance” box on
the lower left hand side of the
ticket checked.
You’re driving home from the party
or from a casual evening at a
friend’s house. You’re not drunk,
but maybe you had a beer or two.
You’re not speeding, but maybe you
briefly went over the limit to pass
a slow poke. All of a sudden, the
rear view mirror is filled with the
tell-tale flashing lights of a
police car, right behind you. After
a few seconds that last an eternity,
it’s clear that he or she wants you
to pull over. Read

BEFORE YOU PLEAD
GUILTY
Here’s a question we get a lot: “If
it will cost me only about $150 to
pay the fine for this ticket, why
should we pay more to hire you?”
Maybe you’re right. If the only cost
to you is the $150 fine, it probably
doesn’t make financial sense to hire
us. If that’s the case, we’ll be the
first to tell you. We offer free
consultations, so there is no down
side to getting this information. Read
