CRIMINAL LAW PRACTICE
CRIMINAL LAW INFORMATION CENTER

Have you or a loved one been charged with a crime in New Jersey? If so, you need an experienced New Jersey attorney who understands the complexities of the legal system. You need someone who will explain the charges against you, the penalties you face and your options in clear language – not “legalese”. You need someone that will believe in you and work tirelessly for you. You need someone that knows both how to fight and how to negotiate.

David C. Barry, Esq. is that kind of attorney. Unlike many attorneys, he starts by listening, not talking. He takes the time to understand your needs and concerns, and to get to know you as a person, not just a case file. Working with you, he develops an intelligent and aggressive plan to handle the charges against you.

Here are just some of the types of charges we can help you with:

- Assault

- Municipal Court charges (all)
- Drugs

- Resisting Arrest
- Expungement

- Robbery
- Fraud

Mr. Barry would be pleased to discuss your matter with you over the telephone. You can call him at (732) 238-8686. Initial consultations are free. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

These rights are what countless thousands of brave American men and women over the past two hundred plus years have worked, fought and died to preserve. They are their gifts to you and me. When we invoke them, we should do so proudly.  Read More...

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE ARRESTED

1. Remember that being arrested has nothing to do with being guilty.

2. Remember that you don’t have to prove yourself innocent or “not guilty”. The State has to prove you guilty, and to do so be proving each and every element of the offense you are charged with beyond a reasonable doubt.
